Youth-led action for sustainable development in the Rohingya refugee community since 2020
Welcome to Rohingya Green Nature Society (RGNS), a dynamic Rohingya youth organization established in January 2020. RGNS is a youth-led non-profit organization founded with a mission to drive sustainable development within the Rohingya refugee community. Rooted in resilience and environmental stewardship, RGNS was established in response to the widespread deforestation and environmental degradation that followed the 2017 Rohingya influx.
We are a refugee youth-led non-profit organization working toward achieving SDG 2, SDG 6, SDG 4, SDG 13, SDG 11, SDG 8, SDG 15, and SDG 12 since 2020. Our activists come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and share a common vision of sustainable and equitable living.
